Obama Foundation and Lakeside Alliance open resource center in Woodlawn

Obama Foundation and Lakeside Alliance representatives, elected officials, business owners and members of the Obama Presidential Center workforce and business communities cut a ribbon to celebrate the opening of the Lakeside Alliance Resource Center in Woodlawn on Sept. 28.

The center, 1514 E. 63rd St., is a space for people to access information related to the OPC, participate in career development workshops, learn about apprenticeship programs and meet Lakeside Alliance and Obama Foundation representatives.
